We want to help you!

Do you have a story to share? Or need a piece of promotional material, like a poster or flyer created for an event? Do you need photography for an event? Is there content on your web page that needs updating?

Complete one of the forms below and someone from the PR & Marketing team will receive your request. They’ll work with you to complete the service by the requested deadline.

Please note that all requests will be prioritized by staff availability and length of project.

    • Request for Website Edit

      If you catch something on our website that needs to be updated, please complete the form below. Make sure to fill out every field. When including the URL, please make sure that the URL isn’t a document that’s housed on our website. Our team needs to know what page the update is on. If the URL ends in .pdf or .doc, go back one page, so we can accurately change your web request. When attaching documents to be uploaded, please make sure they are saved as a PDF.

      Request Website Edit

      • Make sure the URL doesn't end with a .pdf or you're not linking the correct URL and only linking a PDF. A good rule of thumb is to make sure our KC logo is visible from the top of the webpage.

Also, you can upload any documents or photos you would like added to the website here as well. If you need a document uploaded to the website, please make sure said document is a PDF.

      • Submit Story or Announcement

        Do you know of a student, faculty or staff member that has an interesting story? Or maybe you’re doing something unique in your classroom? We’d love to hear from you. Complete the form below, so we can highlight our campus in either a social media post, website story, press release, or a story published in our annual Pacesetter. When attaching documents to be uploaded, please make sure they are saved as a PDF.

      • Request Project Design

        Do you need a new brochure created? Maybe you’d like a postcard mailed out for your program? Or we’ve already created something and it just needs updating? Complete the form below to request a designed project from our team. We’re always creating new materials and updating the ones we’ve created in the past, if you have an idea, please give us a minimum of 3 weeks notice before the project needs to be completed. We want to provide you the best customer service and the best experience, so give us ample time to create and allow time for revisions as well. When attaching documents to be uploaded, please make sure they are saved as a PDF.

        Do you have an event on campus you’d like to be photographed? Below are the events on campus, we will photograph every year:

        • Convocation
        • Orientation Weekend/Event
        • Student Appreciation Week
        • Dayton Dragons Alumni Game
        • Graduation
        • Dedications and Ceremonies of each Programs
          • Including White Coat ceremony and Pinning Ceremony
        • Explore Kettering Events
        • Spring into Health 5K
        • Certain Demonstrations in Programs (contact Breana)
        • Disaster Sim. Lab Event
        • Promo Shots for Programs
        • New Equipment/Lab Space

        If there are other official campus events that you would like a photographer present at, but is not on this list, please complete the form below with a 2 weeks in advance notice so we can best serve you.
