Dr. Justina Or is an educator and human services professional. She teaches psychology and leadership. Prior to her teaching role, she was an educator for youth from disadvantaged backgrounds and a program manager for the State of North Dakota’s developmental disabilities programs designed to promote inclusion. Dr. Or’s research interests include positive psychology, ethics, and instructional practices related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
