Dustin Waters comes to us from Pacific Union College by way of South Korea and has spent his life either being a student or working for students from all over the world. After graduating from Monterey Bay Academy, Dustin spent a year at La Sierra University before heading abroad to Korea to study at Kyungpook National University. Returning stateside, Dustin attended the University of Hawaii where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Korean Language and Literature before deciding to further his education at Fort Hays State University where he received his Master of Education and Education Specialist degrees. Dustin has subsequently been working for higher education in Korea as an advisor and manager in multiple international offices. Using his multilingualism and multiculturalism, he has spent years bringing students and programs together from all over the world, and now, being new to Ohio, he is excited to explore this exotic place and promote student success at Kettering College.
