NSLS: Kettering College is Now a New Chapter
KETTERING, Ohio, October 06, 2017 – Kettering College would like to make you aware of a student-initiated group that on campus, the Kettering College Chapter of National Society of Leadership and Success.
As of January 30, 2017, Kettering College is now officially recognized as a chapter in the national organization, NSLS. This effort was initiated by nursing student Jasmyne Martin, chapter president, and the following students: vice president – Lauren Rammel, publicity chair – Chelsya Waworuntu, and success networking team (SNT) coordinator – Alexandria Gray.
The Kettering College chapter is proud to announce 36 members were inducted into the organization in April of 2017. The chapter is looking forward to this coming year and is excited for the new members.
Each semester, students are selected for membership based on a specific GPA cutoff and/or exhibited leadership potential. The society has 517 chapters across the country and approximately 500,000 members.
Kettering College Chapter Mission: NSLS aspires to bring out the passion for leadership and success within Kettering College students.
Why We Started: To help people discover and achieve their goals by creating a support group that will help better lives, while in the process building leaders who make a better world.
